I absolutely love this dog. I don't mind admit to having to a hide a tear when he made his fleeting reappearance in the recent series. I thought I was doing a good job but my wife knew exactly what I was doing courtesy of the quiver in my voice.

K9 + Tom Baker = Dr Who nirvana.

This is sweet. Only two minor quibbles...

One, I would think the sticker inside would be in Gallifreyan, not English.

Two, I don't see where the Romana-cam is.

I was thinking K9 was from 50th century-ish Earth, not Gallifrey. Although now that I think about it, I can't recall exactly when or how K9 appeared on the show.

Actually, K9 was made by a human and given to the Doctor, so the sticker could be English.

The original K-9 was built by a human scientist- So English, not Gallifreyan would be the correct language.

Touche.

Though, I thought this was the Mark II, in which case the argument "could" be made, but it might not be worth it. I can't find the blown up picture now to double-check. But, yes, you are right.
justvisiting @DarthChimay
You are gracious in defeat, and I would have to be really anal to hammer the point home.

But somehow I just can't stop myself from pointing out that every single incarnation of K-9 did have the symbols for "K" and "9" on the side using earthbound script.

Okay, I'll go now.

Eh, I always thought K9 was a ripoff of Inspector Spacetime's Fe-Line.

For the height of 51st century canine robotics, those are some really large parts.

Now, to accelerate the spirit of the endeavor, I'm off to harvest some hearts to transplant.

I admire and applaud the goal.

I detest K9.

Sorry..now if it was a cross section of the Tardis console...
