wow... how generous.... apple over-inflates their pricing just to add a discount to them... leave those high prices to the hippy loving apple users.

Reading this from my $135 32GB Touchpad, I giggle a little. If not for HP's fire sale, I never would have joined the tablet party; and a $50 discount doesn't begin to make the overpriced iPad worth buying for cheapskates like me... and most people in the world.

Personally there is a lot about an iPad 2 that would cause me to hesitate even if it was priced equivalent to the Android-based ones out there. It's just too limited in what it can do compared to what's out there.

No product has a 0% failure rate, no product has a 0% return rate. What do you think any company will do when they have a stock of defective, broken or open boxed items? You cant sell them as new at that point, so you sell them as refurbished.
