The Express Delivery and Courier Industry
André Nader · Austin, Texas
Lots of potential in this area. Having the ability to order something online and receive it the same day would be incredible. Something like Amazon's Local Express Delivery service for every store. Very cool. Hey Rip, what was the competitor you mentioned a few times in the video? Zardly or something, I couldn't figure it out.

Not a direct competitor, really. But interesting app for sure. Called "Zaarly".

This could be huge. As a courier in college it always pissed me off that the company I worked for would get 50% of my paycheck simply because they had the relationship with the client. If Postmates can get significant distribution, it's in every courier's best interest to use them as they'll get to keep more of their paycheck.

Loving the copy at the bottom of the page.. "This is the copy about standard delivery within two hours and how super speedy it is." Aha.

Will, thanks for pointing that out. We updated the site a few hours ago and left this part out :)

No worries! - These things happen, but only when you have significant press ;). Always a "doh" moment! Best of luck

An idea like this was pitched at Startup Weekend Bay09 and I couldn't help think this would be AWESOME for drug dealers.

The UK beat you to this one, guys... www.shiply.com (I only know because I've used it - works fine).

Solid idea! Can I use the API to ship myself home from my terminal?
