Magneto and Professor X... more "Frienemies" than "Bromance."
Right?

Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are superheroes? Actually, now that you mention it, that does feel right.

This term, bromance. It cannot die soon enough.

Aaaaawwww...Luke and Danny. Scrolling through I was thinking to myself, bet he won't include Cage and Fist, but there they are, saving best for last. Wish we'd get that Iron Fist movie we've been hearing about for, oh, a decade.

This is really cool, and I really enjoy the awesome bromances that exist in SF/F. I mean, Kirk and Spock, Sam and Frodo, Magneto and Professor X, Ron and Harry, Spike and Angel, Calvin and Hobbes.
AWESOME.
But I am a little sad that it doesn't seem like lady friendship has ever been embraced in the same way. Please help me out io9 readers and help me think of some ladymance relationships in SF/F. I thought of Buffy and Willow, and that's as far as I got off the top of my head.
