@Matthew Zimmer
Very awesome
@Raghuram Adavi
TripAdvisor's symbol on NASDAQ is "TRIPV", not "TRIP".
@Martin Murray
I was under the impression it was TRIPV when the stock was in "when issued" mode and from today it should be trading under TRIP.

@Jeff Jones
Indeed, the symbol is TRIP. http://ir.nasdaqomx.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=634738 The old symbol since shareholders approved the spin off-was TRIPV.
@Drew Weaver
Uh, Expedia is actually trading up as of 12:30EST, not down 50% (?)
@André Nader
She is probably looking at google finance and didn't realize that the drop was actually just a stock split.
@Rehan Arshi Khaled
Major travel site!
@Jeff Jones
Expedia is actually trading up 3.5% today to $27.81 per share as of 12:58 pm central time. I think the author means to say that the stock is down more than 50% from its 52 week high back on July 29. http://data.cnbc.com/quotes/expe

My friend's aunt makes $75 hourly on the internet. She has been unemployed for 7 months but last month her paycheck was $7560 just working on the internet for a few hours. Go to this web site and read more...MakeCash18.com.

Nice. I often give travel advice on TripAdvisor to those preparing to come to The Bahamas. It's a wonderful site.
