It is fair to say that Steve Jobs directly impacted my life and for that I am grateful. My earliest memory of an experience with technology was an Macintosh in my kindergarten classroom serving up daily doses of Oregon trail. Since then, my love affair with technology has been unrivaled. My career has been shaped it and my job would likely not exist if not for apple and the revolutions the have continually created. I cant say thank you enough.

A tragic loss, Steve Jobs had captured the hearts of millions with an almost magical air and passion for his work- myself included, and from a young age. I remember being around Macintosh in my early childhood, and credit it a portion of my undying love for technology.
His legacy will persist for many more generations... His enthusiastic, innovative outlook are not lost with him. RIP, Steve Jobs.

Steve Jobs, you (and a few other great men who gave birth to personal computing and the Internet) are the sole reason I am sitting here today, writing this message from my computer paying my respects to you.
I can't thank you enough for your lifetime of work and achievements and what it has brought to us the people.
To me you are a true hero and it is incredibly sad you have passed on, and at such a young age when there was more years you could've lived and innovated and given to the people.
I feel your death marks the beginning of the end of an era. I hope that other greats like Bill, Linus and Tim can continue to innovate in your absense. But I feel it won't be the same ever again. RIP Steve Jobs.

If it wasn't for Jobs many of today's networking technologies would not be around. This includes how powered storage systems, sync features, and of course the cloud. A person in which most techs really looked up to as someone who can invent and at the same time be good with it and design for a certain population. Jobs was the reason Apple was so good, even before when the old Macs were around. He rebuilt the company from all the bad reviews into a milestone. In eyes of all the techs, this guy was a legend and an icon. I do agree with that statement.

I came to know about his death through a push mail on my iPhone, a device invented by him. He has done what he intended for, i.e. changed the way we get information. I am a medical doctor by profession and I know how much lethal is pancreatic cancer. He knew this too but yet he not only openly discussed his cancer, he also publicly admitted he is ready to die. He was a brave and intelligent person. He knew the truth of life, faced many many down falls but he not only survived through all of them but even further pushed his mission. He is the greatest source of inspiration for me. He ll continue to motivate me to face the stress of failure when ever I face it.

There are times when people like Steve Jobs comes along that sweep everyone's feet with their talent and good nature. The world is often unkind to new talents and new creations but Steve made sure that was not the case. The day I got product made by Steve Job's Apple (IPHONE & Mac Book Pro), experienced something new; an extraordinary view of technology from a singularly unexpected company(APPLE). To say that both the product and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about their tech genuineness, is a gross understatement. Steve Job's and his wonder company have rocked the tech world to it's core. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now working at Apple, who in my opinion are nothing less than the finest people in the tech world. He will surely be missed forever both for his legacy and his humbleness. REST IN PEACE SIR. STEVE JOBS.
