Hard work paying off... Daniel Debow is one of the most generous entrepreneurs I've met (his time, energy and smarts). Huge news to see this move of Salesforce. And big validation that performance reviews are dead dead dead. HR Tech performance review players need to get social quickly. But I have to say a Horrible Horrible Product Name. One of the worst I've read --- Really SuccessForce? Really Guys? Successfactors Part Deux, Anyone? But also give some respect to some of the other players in this space who. There are some other interesting players in the social goal space. We use WorkSimple - getworksimple.com and we love it. I guess they are now #2 vs. Salesforce - but I bet they get swallowed next.
