What exactly does $3M in Facebook shares mean? Does it mean enough shares shares at current (~$80B) FB valuation to make up $3M?

That's what it means as far as I understood. So if Facebook's at an $80B valuation and does a $100B IPO, it still has a ways to go before investors get a return. Still, they're hopeful.
