"Look at that rich, creamy, potentially-Corinthian leather."
I like my leather Doric or Ionic, thank you very much.

should be done with baffalo hide then it would be worth 400

There is no such thing as Corinthian, Doric or Ionic leather.

How does an inanimate object, such as a briefcase, carry ANYTHING off with "aplomb"? It's a bag. Nice if you want to blow over $400 on it. But I've schlepped over-shoulder brief cases through DFW from one gate to another and NONE of them are comfortable--not to mention the tendency to develop a dowager's hump. Give me a wheelie case ANY day.

AOL " says in it's teaser paragraph: "But be forewarned -- you'll either like the look, or you won't."
Wow. Pretty bold statement.

I neither like nor dislike it....I'm pretty much not interested at all...I was expecting something...well...a little more elaborate...

These guys and their manly bags are the real deal! Investing in quality is always the best approach in the short term and long run.

Why must such a bag be designated for men? Isn't that a bit sexist. It looks appropriate for both men and women.

As an ex-road warrior, I would have gladly paid $411 for a bag that was durable enough to last for more than a year. I was so tired of having to routinely replace my bag because of all the abuse I put it through with my travels. And why is this just for the guys? Is this writer stuck in the 1950's?

This looks fine, but a Filson leather briefcase is possibly even better. You WILL be able to give a Filson to your kid.

Nice leather but do you really see anyone but pretentious lawyers and other yuppies spending $400 or more for this? Heck, some women ask their employers to buy them carts to haul around laptops in vinyl bags! Unless you are Mark Zuckerberg buy a Targus laptop bag!

I bought all my suitcases from them along with my briefcase and other bags. Best investment I have ever made. The quality of the leather is the best and I will pass these on to my two sons and grandchildren one day.

I like the bag, really, but the price made me nearly have an inverted swallowing of the dinner I ate last night.

I have another bag from these folks and they are amazing. Buy a $100 bag every couple years and in 10 years you have spent $500 and have had a lot of breakage. Buy one of these and you're done. If you like quality above else, you only need to decide color and style.
